About The Position

Zyte is hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead self-serve acquisition and growth journeys across channels serving engineers, data teams, and builders of AI agents. The role owns growth across the website, developer ecosystem, and application UI, applying a data-driven approach to acquisition from traffic through trial, activation, subscription, and account-managed relationships. The goal is to engage 500,000 developers next year and convert that audience into customers. The role sets the roadmap and priorities for Zyte’s website and platform user experience, working with engineering and design teams to ship improvements. It establishes a rigorous cadence of funnel experiments, uses customer and product data to shape onboarding and nurture, and develops journeys from open-source and agent ecosystems into activation and growth. Success is measured by signup-to-activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, self-serve and expansion revenue, funnel velocity, and the quality of product-qualified leads sent to sales.

Requirements

  • Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in B2B SaaS or a developer-focused business with a self-serve or product-led growth motion.
  • Deep curiosity about how engineers work and adopt tools.
  • Experience marketing or building for technical audiences and understanding that developers respond to products that respect their time.
  • Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products, or technical audiences.
  • Ability to prototype ideas using AI coding tools, including creating experiments, mockups, and working demos.
  • Track record of making websites effective for capturing demand and driving funnel activity, with ownership of conversion rather than traffic alone.
  • Demonstrated success in customer growth and nurture, including activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, and churn reduction.
  • Practical data skills, including defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting customers, and combining product signals with messaging and human outreach.
  • Experience as a product owner or growth product manager working with engineering and design teams, writing clear requirements, prioritizing, and shipping iteratively.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 5–8+ years in growth, growth product management, or lifecycle/funnel roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Production coding experience or open-source contributions.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms, product analytics such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Experience building product-led sales (PQL) motions or platform-to-enterprise upgrade paths.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the self-serve funnel end to end, defining, measuring, and improving signup, trial, activation, paid conversion, and expansion.
  • Own the website and product UI, setting the roadmap and priorities for web presence and platform user experience.
  • Work with the development lead, engineers, and designers to ship improvements that capture demand and drive funnel activity.
  • Design and run conversion experiments, collaborating with design and product marketing on formats, copy, and narratives.
  • Improve product-led growth journeys originating in developer ecosystems, including open source and emerging agent ecosystems.
  • Understand and improve developer workflows, including documentation, SDKs, code examples, and the first hands-on experience.
  • Build customer data using usage and firmographic information and apply it to tailored onboarding, relevant content, and customer growth.
  • Work with RevOps to identify when sales professionals should reach out to customers.
  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests and funnel experiments, report results honestly, and scale successful approaches while ending ineffective ones.
  • Align marketing, product, customer success, RevOps, and sales around a shared funnel.

Benefits

  • Freedom and flexibility to work from where you do your best work.
  • Opportunity to attend conferences and meet team members from across the globe.
  • Work with cutting-edge open-source technologies and tools.
  • Join a self-motivated, progressive, multicultural team.
