Senior Product Manager, Identity

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA

About The Position

Anduril’s Identity Engineering team builds and operates systems that determine who can access what across the company, including single sign-on (SSO), access requests and reviews, device trust, and related automation. The team serves every group at Anduril, with needs ranging from straightforward to deeply technical and mission-specific. This is an ownership role focused on deciding what the team builds and in what order, setting priorities with stakeholders, and being accountable for the impact of shipped products. The Senior Product Manager will own the identity roadmap end to end, translate competing requests into clear near-term and half-year priorities, and communicate decisions directly to stakeholders. The role includes adapting off-the-shelf platforms to Anduril’s workflows; leading initiatives such as role-based access bundles; and managing customer communication, change management, pilots, and adoption for major launches. The role also uses operational data and customer feedback to identify recurring problems and turn them into roadmap improvements, self-service capabilities, or automation. The product manager will write PRDs, define success metrics, and report progress to engineering and leadership.
