About The Position

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to own how employees discover and join their company’s Superhuman organization, onboard and activate, experience enterprise free trials, and retain and expand over time. The role defines the end-to-end B2B growth product strategy and builds the admin-facing controls, settings, and permissions that govern how employees access and are provisioned into an organization’s account. This is a highly cross-functional individual-contributor role that connects managed sales motions with product-led growth. The role also defines and tracks enterprise growth metrics and uses data to prioritize the roadmap and demonstrate impact. Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model. The company describes itself as an AI productivity platform whose products include Grammarly, Coda, Mail, and Go, serving individuals, organizations, and educational institutions worldwide.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including experience in growth or product-led growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of managed sales motions and product-led growth mechanics, and the ability to make them work together.
  • Strong analytical fluency, including comfort designing experiments, building growth models, and using data to identify leverage points in a funnel.
  • A track record of cross-functional work across multiple teams and moving quickly from insight to shipped product.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage priorities across projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborate across functions, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end B2B growth product strategy, covering employee organization joining, free trials, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify product-led growth opportunities within the managed motion and address friction affecting adoption and expansion.
  • Work with the Self-Serve Growth team to adapt product-led growth patterns to B2B, share learnings, avoid fragmentation, and create coherent experiences across motions.
  • Partner with all product business units to embed growth considerations into feature development and make enterprise activation and expansion first-class considerations.
