About The Position

ELSA is hiring a Senior Product Manager for B2B to own the enterprise customer product experience, from learner enrollment through renewal and expansion. The role works closely with customers, commercial teams, and engineering, gathering and prioritizing B2B requests, shaping an evidence-based roadmap, making product trade-offs, and delivering enterprise features such as administration tools, reporting, learner engagement, and integrations. The roadmap is closely tied to revenue, renewal rates, and account expansion. The Product Manager will lead customer discovery and intake, support sales opportunities and enterprise procurement reviews, and ship enterprise product capabilities end to end. The role also focuses on sustaining learner engagement, defining trustworthy measures of learning outcomes and account health, and working with the AI/ML team to turn learning data into useful personalized learning paths and coaching insights. The position is remote-first for Singapore, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and hybrid in Vietnam. Asia-based candidates are preferred.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Regular, direct experience working with sales teams and enterprise customers, leading discovery, and translating findings into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Track record of declining custom requests while maintaining positive relationships with sales teams and customers.
  • Measurable results in enterprise accounts, such as improved activation, engagement, renewal, or expansion.
  • Experience building or improving admin tools, reporting dashboards, or enterprise onboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL and product analytics tools such as Snowflake, Statsig, or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to present roadmap trade-offs credibly to executives and customer stakeholders.
  • High-ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for renewals and expansion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in edtech, L&D, or HR tech, selling to companies or schools.
  • Experience with LMS and SSO integrations, such as SAML, SCIM, or LTI.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement, including RFPs, security questionnaires, and data protection agreements.
  • Experience working with customers across Asian markets, such as Japan, Korea, or Vietnam.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and working more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a weekly working rhythm with sales, business development, account managers, and customer success; participate directly in customer calls, pilots, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain a unified intake backlog, recording each request’s account, revenue at stake, and underlying customer problem.
  • Identify patterns across accounts and markets and translate them into product decisions.
  • Categorize requests by renewal protection, existing-account growth, and new-deal acquisition; prioritize using customer evidence, usage data, and commercial impact.
  • Communicate roadmap decisions and trade-offs to leadership, sales, customer success, and key customers, including clearly declining requests that do not fit.
  • Scope pilots and proofs of concept with sales and business development.
  • Work with engineering and legal to respond to RFPs and security, privacy, and compliance reviews; make and meet realistic delivery commitments.
  • Deliver enterprise product capabilities including admin dashboards, manager and L&D reporting, LMS and SSO integrations, and onboarding.
  • Develop zero-touch enrollment and scalable onboarding for large deployments to reduce customer-success effort and time-to-value.
  • Build engagement loops that keep learners active, particularly during months two and three.
  • Define and track product metrics for learning outcomes and account health, including proficiency improvement, active learners, usage depth, and renewal-risk signals.
  • Ensure customer-facing measures such as learning time, levels, and progress are trustworthy.
  • Work with the AI/ML team to surface personalized learning paths and actionable coaching insights for administrators and L&D teams.
