About The Position

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Payments Data & Analytics organization, you enable stable and scalable delivery of products. You work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, support change initiatives, and help products continuously deliver value. The role involves executing delivery tasks, supporting project delivery and testing, understanding payment lifecycle needs, and helping ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated performance in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support multiple project deliveries, including enabling user acceptance testing (UAT) and cross-impact analysis.
• Understand the payment lifecycle and articulate it to consumers and key stakeholders.
• Support change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
