About The Position
As a Senior Product Associate in JP Morgan Access Administration, you will contribute to product development and optimization using user research, customer feedback, and product metrics. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape the product roadmap, and improve existing offerings. Client Administration covers the setup, maintenance, and governance of clients’ products and account onboarding. User Administration covers defining and assigning permissions, managing account-level access, and configuring limits and controls that enforce segregation of duties. The domain combines security and client experience, helping clients govern their organizations’ activity while minimizing friction and risk and adhering to policies and controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream effects of new features on the overall product experience.
- Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify potential customer-valued features.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including progress against time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
