Lending Payments Product Owner, Senior Associate
About The Position
The Lending Innovation Payments team owns the digital user experience and platform that enable customers to pay loans, leases, and lines of credit. The Product Owner leads end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle activities, helping develop innovative offerings and scalable, resilient, stable, customer-led payment experiences. The role serves as the voice of the customer and focuses on creating profitable products that deliver meaningful customer value. The Product Owner guides product launches, gathers and incorporates feedback, and supports high-quality client experiences. Initiatives may include improving the efficiency and ease of use of the payment platform, developing new payment features, and partnering with co-brand stakeholders. The role works closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, curious, and empowering environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain.
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and vision that deliver customer value.
- Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and translate insights into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog in support of the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Define and track key success metrics, including cost, feature adoption and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, product lifecycle activities, and successful product launches.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to support high-quality client experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and co-brand stakeholders on payment platform improvements and new features.
