About The Position

As a Senior Product Associate in Cross Currency Payments, you contribute to product development and optimization through user research, customer feedback, metrics analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You help create innovative products and improve existing offerings while supporting the product team’s roadmap and product-development lifecycle. You also support management in implementing solutions to mitigate risks associated with cross-currency payment products and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product-development lifecycle.
• Experience with product-lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
• Curiosity to investigate data, identify root causes, and find efficiency opportunities.
• Creative problem-solving ability.
• Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and to translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream effects of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the product roadmap and identify features that provide customer value.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including performance against time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product-development lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Collaborate with Technology partners on product-enhancement requirements and troubleshoot reported product issues.
• Maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog to guide development and align with the product vision.
• Support the end-to-end product-development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch.
• Support management in implementing solutions to mitigate risks associated with cross-currency payment products and services.
