Cross Currency Payments- Senior Product Associate
About The Position
As a Senior Product Associate in Cross Currency Payments, you contribute to product development and optimization by applying user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to create innovative products and improve existing offerings. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and help shape product strategy and ongoing product success. The role supports the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch. You partner with the Product Manager and Technology partners, maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog, and support efforts to mitigate risks associated with cross-currency payment products and services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
- Curiosity to investigate data to identify root causes and efficiency opportunities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and to translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities based on customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream effects of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify features that provide customer value.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including delivery against time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Collaborate with Technology partners on product enhancement requirements and troubleshoot raised product issues.
- Maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog to guide development and align efforts with the product vision.
- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch.
- Support management in implementing solutions to mitigate risks associated with cross-currency payment products and services.
