About The Position

The Senior Partner Manager grows and optimizes a portfolio of strategic channel partnerships that serve as referral and distribution channels for Auris. The role takes ownership of partner relationships after their transition from Business Development and drives engagement, referral production, and long-term partner growth across multiple Auris sales teams. The Senior Partner Manager is the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, developing strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and enabling partners to generate qualified opportunities. Success is measured by referral volume, partner engagement, retention, and growth within the assigned portfolio. The role manages partners such as financial institutions, franchises, associations, ISOs, and other strategic referral sources. It builds and maintains executive and operational relationships, leads regular partner touchpoints and planning sessions, and drives referral activity and revenue through partner engagement and enablement. The manager monitors referral trends, conversion metrics, and partner performance, and develops action plans to address underperformance. The position also facilitates transitions of newly acquired partners, coordinates training and sales resources, and identifies opportunities to expand partnerships into new markets, business units, product lines, or territories. Working with Business Development, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Enablement, the manager shares partner feedback and market insights, maintains accurate CRM records and referral attribution, tracks KPIs, prepares reporting and partner health assessments, and escalates issues when needed. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
