About The Position

The Senior Partner Manager grows and optimizes a portfolio of strategic channel partnerships that serve as referral and distribution channels for Auris. Success is measured by referral volume, partner engagement, retention, and growth within the assigned portfolio. The role is the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, developing strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring partners are enabled to generate qualified opportunities. Partners include financial institutions, franchises, associations, ISOs, and other strategic referral sources. Auris is a payroll and HR provider serving small and medium-sized businesses. Formerly Heartland Payroll, Auris was acquired by Acrisure in 2025. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
