About The Position

The Senior Partner Manager leads a team that acts as an extension of a client’s business while representing Fiserv. The role is accountable for the strategic and operational outcomes of a client segment, manages the day-to-day relationship, and provides consultation and cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams. It also develops trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, and leads Partner Management team members in driving client outcomes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience building productive and profitable working relationships with clients.
At least 3 years of experience ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Ability to identify new revenue streams, including product and professional services.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Experience verifying accurate and up-to-date documentation of client architecture and processing environments, product matrices, and custom processes.
Experience facilitating client communications and delivery related to association releases, regulatory changes, product/platform upgrades, fee revisions, and system enhancements.
Ability to lead critical initiatives, including external projects, incident response, process improvement, employee training, and developing or maintaining standard operating procedures.

Lead and develop a Partner Management team that manages client relationships and drives strategic and operational outcomes.
Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to manage the client segment.
