Senior Operations Systems Analyst
About The Position
Precise Systems seeks a Senior Operations Systems Analyst for NSWC Dahlgren. The role is contingent upon contract award to Precise Systems. The position focuses on threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems, with expertise spanning threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational Plans, Fleet operations, Electronic Warfare, and Information Operations. It also involves Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare gaps and capabilities. The role requires experience with Linux and MS Windows operating systems; systems development and/or testing; and creating or reviewing technical documentation, including Concepts of Operations, Concepts of Employment, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Experience with Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation, the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process and 5000 series, and system variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V) and integrated systems is also required. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Twelve years of experience, or equivalent, in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
- Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational Plans, and Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
- Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare gaps and capabilities.
- Experience with Linux and MS Windows operating systems.
- Experience in systems development and/or testing and creating or reviewing technical documentation, Concepts of Operations, Concepts of Employment, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Experience with Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation.
- Experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process and 5000 series.
- Experience with system variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V) and integrated systems.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
