Operations Systems Analyst

Formlabs•Somerville, MA

About The Position

Formlabs is hiring an Operations Systems Analyst to serve as a change-enabler and technical partner for the Customer Fulfillment team. The role owns and develops operations capabilities in NetSuite, automates manual processes, defines requirements for new tools, and implements systems into daily workflows to support sustainable scaling. It also supports warehouse integrations and reliable data exchange between NetSuite, Shopify, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and helps resolve differences between physical 3PL stock and system inventory records. The analyst owns and maintains key fulfillment dashboards in Looker, including inventory and lead-time reporting, and rebuilds them on more automated foundations as needs evolve. The role advances live performance tracking—such as order-to-delivery time and on-time delivery—by bringing together information from BigQuery, NetSuite, and carrier sources. The analyst executes projects from the global roadmap, proposes improvements, and represents Customer Fulfillment in broader systems meetings and solution-design projects, translating operational needs into clear requirements. The role works with the global Customer Fulfillment team, Global Operations, technical systems teams, and company leadership, and can grow around the employee’s strengths and interests.
