About The Position

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive to serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients and prospects in the Killeen/Temple market. The role focuses on developing strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging established relationships to grow revenue, and guiding clients through buying decisions across broadcast and digital marketing solutions. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
• Proven record of exceeding quotas and winning strategic new business.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers in Killeen-Temple.
• Expertise in consultative selling and developing long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong personal drive, professional polish, and a collaborative spirit.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business, with a strong focus on generating new revenue.
• Leverage an established network to develop opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present customized, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning for integrated campaigns involving broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor colleagues and serve as a subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
