Senior Multi-Media Account Executive
About The Position
Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced media and digital marketing sales professional to serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients and prospects in Boise. The Senior Multi-Media Sales Executive develops strategic marketing campaigns, uses established relationships to grow revenue, and guides clients through complex buying decisions across broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorship solutions. The role is a full-time, in-office opportunity and includes responsibility for managing a book of business, winning new business, meeting revenue targets, and mentoring colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
- Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding quota and winning strategic new business.
- Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers in Boise.
- Expertise in consultative selling and developing long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong personal drive, professional polish, and collaborative spirit.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of business, with a strong focus on generating new revenue.
- Use an established network to develop opportunities and close high-impact deals.
- Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present customized, insight-led solutions.
- Lead strategic planning for integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor colleagues and serve as a subject matter expert within the sales organization.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
