About The Position

The Senior Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs with elevated business importance, technical complexity, execution risk, or leadership visibility. The role drives disciplined execution, manages dependencies, prepares decision-ready governance inputs, and leads recovery planning when programs deviate from commitments. The position covers assigned complex programs or major workstreams, coordinating execution across technical, product, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and business stakeholders. It manages program risk, recovery, governance, and launch readiness.
