About The Position

Celerity is hiring a Senior Manager to build and run the operational backbone of its Business Integration Services (BIS) practice, a growing technology consulting practice focused on enterprise integration, digital transformation, and solution design for complex clients. The practice spans Project Management (PMO), Business/Technical Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Engineering, and is moving toward a structured operating model with defined delivery methods, governance, and growth paths. This newly created role combines people management with responsibility for the internal operations that support practice growth while maintaining delivery quality and team cohesion. The Senior Manager will coordinate resources and delivery across projects, develop practice methods and capability-building programs, oversee onboarding and team development, support capacity planning and governance, and drive continuous improvement and quality assurance. The role works with practice leadership and project teams and may require domestic or international travel to client sites as project needs dictate. The position is remote-work eligible. The salary range is $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience, location, qualifications, and market conditions. Celerity offers health and welfare benefits, paid time off, company holidays, remote work and flexible schedules for qualified positions, and professional development opportunities.

  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, structurally evolving environment where processes are built while delivery is underway.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated team-building and leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.

  • Create and maintain a competency framework with criteria for performance evaluation and career progression.
  • Drive or support development of delivery playbooks, templates, and standards for discovery, change management, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify recurring capability gaps across engagements and address them through targeted development.
  • Use quarterly coach-roundtable insights to shape onboarding and incorporate delivery lessons into new-hire learning.
