About The Position

Hireology is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner & Field Marketing to turn its partner ecosystem and field programs into measurable growth channels. The role owns marketing for partner products Hireology resells or integrates with, as well as programs that extend the company’s reach through associations, influencers, and referral partners. The position builds partner relationships, creates joint go-to-market programs that generate new opportunities, and leads events that convert engagement into pipeline and revenue. Partner- and event-sourced pipeline are the primary measures of success, alongside partner-product attach and cross-sell revenue and broader ecosystem program performance. The role develops partner demand-generation programs, enables partners and internal teams, measures and optimizes partner performance, and works across Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. It also owns Hireology’s field marketing and event strategy, budget, and portfolio, and manages, coaches, and develops an Events Specialist. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is externally focused on building relationships and opportunities. Hireology is a 15-year market leader in HR technology, serving thousands of businesses. The company describes itself as a hybrid team and notes recognition by Built In Chicago as a Best Place to Work multiple years running. The role is based in Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid work arrangement. Base salary is $110,000–$120,000, plus company bonus.
