About The Position

Manufacturing is transforming, and frontline teams need better tools—we’re hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Redzone (by QAD) to build pipeline that directly drives that shift. You will own regional field marketing programs that create and accelerate pipeline in manufacturing. You will work directly with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Customer Marketing to plan, run, and measure events and campaigns that move accounts forward. You share the number with Sales and can show what worked and what didn’t.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B field marketing with events and programs that produced measurable pipeline
  • Real understanding of manufacturing: plant floor teams and the operations, quality, and maintenance buyers who make decisions
  • Hands-on event experience, from strategy and budget to logistics and on-site execution
  • A habit of working across teams without waiting for permission or process
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with examples of how you have built it into your work
  • Fluency with Salesforce and marketing automation; comfort with attribution and funnel metrics
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including with executives
  • Must be willing to travel 30% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial tech, SaaS, or connected worker software
  • Experience marketing to frontline and operations audiences
  • Background in a lean marketing team supported by agencies

Responsibilities

  • Build and run regional field plans tied to pipeline and revenue goals, in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Plan and execute events end to end: trade shows, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and plant tours
  • Align with Sales on target accounts, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up so every event has a clear path to pipeline
  • Work with Product Marketing and Digital so field programs carry the right message and are supported by paid, email, and web
  • Use AI to move faster and smarter: account research, targeting, personalization, follow-up, and program analysis
  • Report on channel performance with rigor, focused on sourced and influenced pipeline rather than attendance or badge scans
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines
  • Bring customer and field insights back to the broader marketing team

Benefits

  • medical, dental and vision coverage
  • a 401(k) plan with company match
  • short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • life insurance
