Senior Manager Partner & Field Marketing

Hireology•Chicago, IL
•$110,000 - $120,000•Hybrid

About The Position

As Senior Manager, Partner & Field Marketing, you will turn Hireology’s partner ecosystem and field programs into measurable growth channels. You will own marketing for partner products Hireology resells and integrates with, as well as programs that build reach through associations, influencers, and referral partners. You will build partner relationships, create joint go-to-market programs that generate net-new opportunities, and lead an event portfolio that converts engagement into pipeline and revenue. The primary measure of success is partner- and event-sourced pipeline. Additional measures include attach and cross-sell revenue from partner products, including reseller revenue, and performance across the broader ecosystem. The role owns field marketing and event strategy and budget, and manages, coaches, and develops an Events Specialist.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment, including direct external ownership of partner relationships.
  • Experience developing partner or co-marketing programs that generated measurable pipeline or revenue.
  • A demonstrated track record of generating net-new opportunities and pipeline through partners.
  • Exceptional influence and relationship-building skills, including the presence, persistence, and credibility to secure partner commitment and action.
  • Experience building or reinventing partner motions; the role is externally focused and opportunity-driven rather than internally focused or administrative.
  • Experience owning event strategy and budget, ideally including high-touch executive or customer programs.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring a direct report, with the ability to set strategy and execute as a player-coach.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and the ability to connect marketing programs to business outcomes.
  • Experience marketing partner products, such as resell, integration, or marketplace products, and building ecosystem programs involving associations, influencers, or referrals.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to translate positioning into effective partner-facing content and campaigns.
  • Ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partner organizations.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure marketing performance.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
