About The Position

Cuyana is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to bring the brand to life through integrated campaigns, product launches and marketing programs that build awareness, engage new audiences and drive business growth. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for managing brand marketing channels—including organic social, influencer and affiliate marketing, public relations, events and partnerships—and serving as the central cross-functional lead for bringing campaigns to life across the business. Working with senior marketing leadership and partners across Creative, Product, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle and Retail, the Senior Manager translates brand and commercial priorities into holistic briefs, coordinated activation plans and measurable results. The role calls for strong consumer instincts, creative ideas and exceptional execution, balancing day-to-day detail with the broader goal of building a distinctive, desirable brand. The position manages and develops a Marketing Coordinator and oversees channel KPIs, budgets and reporting. This is a hybrid role for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Greater Los Angeles Area. Bay Area candidates are expected at the San Francisco headquarters two days per week. Los Angeles-based candidates are expected to meet with the local marketing team occasionally and visit the San Francisco headquarters at least quarterly. In-office expectations may increase as business needs evolve. The role includes travel for brand events. Candidates outside these areas should share relocation plans and timing in their cover letter to be considered.
