Twitch is seeking a leader for company-wide internal communications. This role helps employees understand what is happening and why it matters, supports them through complex company moments and transitions, and develops company All Hands programming that employees look forward to. The work ranges from communications for organizational changes to developing new All Hands segments and identifying stories from across the company. The role calls for excellent judgment, strong instincts, creative ambition, and a focus on making communications useful, interesting, and engaging. Keeping employees informed and connected, and highlighting and celebrating Twitch’s people, work, and community, are central to the position. The position is available in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or Seattle. The Senior Manager owns internal communications strategy and execution, authors company-level messaging, partners with executives and teams on sensitive or complex issues, and develops communications plans for organizational changes, announcements, and other important moments. The role also tracks employee engagement and feedback to improve communications. The Senior Manager leads All Hands editorial strategy and content development and works with production and creative partners on run of show, speaker preparation, creative elements, and live production. They build relationships across Twitch to uncover stories, speakers, and work employees should know about; develop fresh segments and formats; and measure success through attendance, engagement, feedback, and other signals. The role requires strong project management and production skills to manage multiple timelines, deliver weekly programming, and plan future content.
