Senior Manager, Internal Comms

Twitch•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Twitch is seeking a leader for company-wide internal communications. This role helps employees understand company developments and their significance, supports communication through complex company moments and transitions, and creates All Hands programming that employees find useful and engaging. The position combines strategic communications with hands-on editorial development and production, including organizational-change communications, company messaging, and the discovery and presentation of stories about Twitch’s people, work, and community. The role owns internal communications strategy and execution, partners with executives and teams on sensitive or complex issues, and uses employee engagement and feedback to improve communications. It also owns All Hands editorial strategy and content development, working with production and creative partners on programming, speakers, run of show, creative elements, and live production. The successful candidate will treat All Hands as programming, experiment with formats, and assess its effectiveness using attendance, engagement, feedback, and other signals. The role may be based in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or Seattle.
