About The Position

Twitch is seeking a leader for internal communications across the company. The position calls for strong judgment, creative ambition, and the ability to make internal communications useful, interesting, and engaging while keeping employees informed and connected and highlighting the company’s people, work, and community. The Senior Manager owns company-wide internal communications strategy and execution, including messaging and communications plans for organizational changes, company announcements, and other important moments. The role partners with executives and teams on sensitive or complex issues, anticipates employee questions, and uses engagement and feedback to improve communications. The position also owns All Hands programming, from editorial strategy and content development through speaker preparation, run of show, creative elements, and live production in partnership with production and creative teams. The role builds company-wide relationships to uncover stories and speakers, develops fresh segments and formats, and measures attendance, engagement, feedback, and other indicators to guide improvements. The role can be based in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or Seattle, WA.
