About The Position

Tilt is seeking a Senior Manager, Card Growth, to build and scale credit card acquisition through affiliate partnerships, paid search, and paid social. The role owns strategy, execution, and performance across these channels, from sourcing and launching partners to developing targeted digital campaigns and turning distribution into card volume and profitable returns. The position works closely with credit, product, data science, marketing, engineering, and operations to address the complexities of consumer credit acquisition. It combines channel growth with credit policy, data-driven targeting, experimentation, and product experience improvements. The role also connects acquisition performance to downstream outcomes such as approval, activation, spending, and credit performance. Tilt describes its team as virtual-first, operating across 14 countries and 12 time zones. The company focuses on expanding access to fair credit and values excellence, impact, mutual respect, and learning from results.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running growth programs for lending products, ideally credit cards.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using SQL and Python day to day to evaluate funnel performance and segment-level unit economics.
  • Understanding of prescreened and non-prescreened acquisition strategies and the relationship between marketing and credit policy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and stay organized while owning end-to-end channel execution.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, credit, product, and operations.
  • Results-focused approach with a strong bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, launch, and optimize long-tail affiliate partnerships that extend Tilt’s reach beyond its largest marketplaces.
  • Design and run targeted paid search and paid social programs based on likely qualification, not merely likelihood to click.
  • Partner with credit to adapt prequalification policies so new channels and partners can launch and grow.
  • Work with credit and data science to apply models and targeting strategies that increase approved volume and return on spend.
  • Design and run structured experiments across partners, audiences, offers, creative, and bidding to improve performance.
  • Work with product and engineering to shape offers and application experiences used by partners and digital channels.
  • Use data to connect channel performance to downstream outcomes, including approval, activation, spend, and credit performance.
  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of card acquisition channels end to end.

Benefits

  • Work-from-home office reimbursement.
  • Competitive compensation packages and generous equity.
  • Flexible health plans at every premium level, with substantial subsidies.
  • Direct exposure to the leadership team.
  • Paid global team gatherings twice yearly.
  • Growth opportunities based on contributions rather than rigid promotion timelines.
