•$166,000 - $205,000

About The Position

Samsung Electronics America is hiring a Senior Manager, Co-Brand Growth Marketing to scale customer acquisition and account growth for the Samsung Galaxy Card, launched in the United States with Barclays as issuer and Visa as network. The role owns the acquisition strategy, upper- and mid-funnel optimization, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) performance through Samsung’s owned ecosystem and external channels. The role develops integrated campaigns, optimizes the wallet-first application journey in Samsung Wallet, manages acquisition budgets and Joint Marketing Funds, and coordinates marketing execution and compliance approvals with Barclays and Visa. It also leads go-to-market strategies for new card features and enhancements, aligning teams across Samsung’s U.S. and Korea offices. First-year priorities include establishing an efficient campaign and legal approval process, increasing quality application submissions while maintaining target CAC, launching a new acquisition channel or wallet-conversion journey, and meeting approved-account targets. Regular full-time employees can access benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k); an employee purchase program; tuition assistance and a student loan program after 12 months; paid time off; wellness incentives; and other benefits. Eligible employees may also receive MBO bonus compensation based on company, division, and individual performance. The expected salary range is $166,000–$205,000; actual pay depends on relevant skills and experience and comparison to other employees in the role.
