About The Position

Binance is hiring a Senior Growth Manager for the CIS market to own market marketing strategy, annual planning, budget allocation, and growth opportunities. The role drives business KPIs and defines market priorities and go-to-market direction while coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring the local marketing team. The position represents the market in regional planning and business discussions, with potential to grow into a Market Lead role.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential and ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.

• Crypto, fintech, or technology experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own market marketing strategy and annual planning.
• Drive business KPIs, including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, and revenue growth.
• Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization.
• Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams.
• Define market priorities and go-to-market direction.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.
