About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Cloud and Infrastructure Services practice, with a focused mandate on the Health Care Provider industry vertical. The Senior Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope, bringing deep Health Care Provider domain expertise to shape and grow the account across Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security service lines. The Senior Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Engagement Manager) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Demonstrated client, domain, and industry experience in the Health Care Provider space (hospital systems, health systems, provider networks) across one or more of: Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, or Cyber Security
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts (CIO, CTO, CISO, CMIO) within Health Care Provider organizations
  • Experience in driving large deals within the Health Care Provider vertical, with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience in complex Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, or Cyber Security solution design for Health Care Provider customers
  • Experience in a large Cloud/Infrastructure/Digital Workplace/Cyber Security solution discovery and assessment engagement within a Health Care Provider environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships within the Health Care Provider account portfolio, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Bring and apply domain knowledge of Health Care Provider industry dynamics — value-based care, clinical workflows, EHR/EMR ecosystems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, etc.), interoperability mandates, payer-provider integration, and patient experience — to shape Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security engagements
  • Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client, with sensitivity to clinical operations and regulatory constraints unique to Health Care Providers
  • Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Responsible for NA Business Development in the Health Care Provider space, building GTM strategies/solutions/offerings to drive Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security ecosystem revenue
  • Contribute to different phases from consulting to the sales lifecycle, incorporating Health Care Provider industry-specific use cases and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS interoperability rules)
  • Guide various teams regarding proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advice on internal capability building and collaboration across the Account sales team
  • Advise on opportunities to shape value-adding winning solutions based on the changing Health Care Provider market landscape and evolving customer needs (clinical digital transformation, care-at-home, workforce mobility, ransomware/cyber resilience for clinical environments)
  • Work with internal teams towards building differentiated Health Care Provider industry cloud, infrastructure, digital workplace, and cyber security solutions
  • Participate in strategy building for the practice, with a focus on the Health Care Provider vertical
  • Liaise with analysts and related agencies in positioning of Infosys services within the Health Care Provider industry
