About the position
The Senior Manager, Buyer Engagement (Sales) in LevelTen Energy’s Madrid Office will lead sales and business development activities as part of the Buyer Engagement team in Europe. They will be responsible for researching and engaging with potential customers, managing relationships with existing customers, providing subject matter expertise on procurement strategy, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of renewable energy and/or sales experience, familiarity with power purchase agreements, experience using a CRM system, and excellent English and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and generate prospects for potential customers
- Research and engage with potential customers to present services and products
- Conduct demos, define business cases, and tailor commercial proposals
- Manage relationships with existing customers and guide them in renewable energy procurement activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and advise buyers and partners on procurement strategy
- Support marketing activities by attending conferences, participating in webinars, and drafting industry articles
- Collaborate with professionals in other departments to ensure professional and efficient service to advisors and buyers
- Maintain accurate contact and account records in Salesforce.com
- Provide accurate forecasts for revenue attainment
- Minimum of 5 years of renewable energy and/or sales experience
- Familiarity with power purchase agreements (PPA) for renewable energy projects
- Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of renewable energy and/or sales experience (ideally including PPA origination experience working with corporate buyers of renewable energy)
- Familiarity with power purchase agreements (PPA) for renewable energy projects
- Experience using a CRM system as part of the sales process discipline (such as Salesforce)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
