About The Position

M3 USA is seeking a hands-on, strategically focused B2B marketing professional to develop and execute targeted outbound strategies across its portfolio of healthcare businesses. The role focuses on identifying business decision-makers, building targeted prospect audiences, and generating qualified sales conversations through personalized, multichannel outreach. The Senior Manager will work with sales and marketing leaders across multiple business units to develop buyer personas, build campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to drive measurable pipeline growth. This is not a traditional digital advertising or paid media position. The role owns digital outreach paths for M3 subsidiaries, including decision-maker identification, persona development, prospect research, and contact-list growth. It runs tailored email, LinkedIn, and other social and digital outreach; coordinates email deliverability; and develops repeatable approaches for turning M3’s proprietary data assets into qualified conversations through referrals and warm introductions. The position also uses AI-assisted research and personalization while maintaining human review and brand standards. The Senior Manager partners with subsidiary business development and marketing leads on target accounts, handoff criteria, follow-up cadence, and message feedback. The role operates outreach technology, integrates it with CRM systems, recommends tools, and reports on deliverability, response rates, and sourced pipeline by subsidiary and persona.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development, including at least 3 years owning persona marketing for outbound commercial revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated success reaching senior decision-makers in healthcare or health systems.
  • Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact enrichment and verification tools, deliverability monitoring tools, and CRM integration.
  • Experience supporting or consulting for multiple business units, clients, or brands with distinct customers.
  • Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI; domain and IP warming; reputation monitoring; inbox placement testing; and how Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Proofpoint, Mimecast, and similar filters treat outbound mail.
  • Ability to identify and verify the true buyer within a target organization, distinguish decision-makers from adjacent or easier-to-reach contacts, and maintain a disciplined outreach cadence.
  • Understanding of how health systems, medical groups, and staffing firms recruit physicians and who owns those decisions.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to write concise, specific messages and adapt voice by persona and subsidiary brand.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, TCPA, and LinkedIn terms of service as they apply to outbound outreach.
  • Ability to use AI tools for research, personalization, and testing with sound judgment regarding accuracy, brand, and disclosure.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent programs independently, prioritize across businesses, and report clearly to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Analytical fluency with campaign, deliverability, and CRM data, including comfort building simple dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in email deliverability, sequencing platforms, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Develop a cross-subsidiary strategy for converting M3 proprietary data assets into qualified conversations through referrals and warm introductions.
  • Use AI-assisted research and personalization to build account and contact intelligence, personalize at scale, and test and refine messaging while maintaining human review and brand standards.

  • Operate designated business-unit outreach technology, integrate it with CRM systems, and recommend new or advanced tools.
