About The Position

M3 USA is seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Outbound Marketing to develop and execute targeted outbound strategies across its portfolio of healthcare businesses. This hands-on, strategically focused role identifies business decision-makers, builds targeted prospect audiences, and generates qualified sales conversations through personalized, multichannel outreach. The role partners with sales and marketing leadership across business units to develop buyer personas, create campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms, and optimize performance to drive measurable pipeline growth. It is focused on B2B outbound programs rather than traditional digital advertising or paid media. The position owns digital outreach paths for subsidiaries, including decision-maker research, verified contact-list development, and tailored multichannel sequences. It coordinates with email deliverability specialists, develops repeatable approaches for converting M3 data assets into qualified conversations, and uses AI-assisted research and personalization with human review and brand standards. The role also coordinates targeting and handoffs with subsidiary teams, operates and integrates outreach technology with CRM systems, and reports on campaign and pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development, including at least 3 years owning persona marketing for outbound commercial revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated success reaching senior decision-makers in healthcare or health systems.
  • Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact enrichment and verification tools, deliverability monitoring tools, and CRM integration.
  • Experience supporting or consulting for multiple business units, clients, or brands with distinct customers.
  • Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI; domain and IP warming; reputation monitoring; inbox placement testing; and how Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Proofpoint, Mimecast, and similar filters handle outbound email.
  • Ability to identify and verify organizational buyers, including budget owners, decision-makers, and influencers, and maintain a disciplined outreach cadence rather than defaulting to volume.
  • Understanding of how health systems, medical groups, and staffing firms recruit physicians and who owns those decisions.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to write concise, specific messages and adapt tone by persona and subsidiary brand.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, TCPA, and LinkedIn terms of service as they apply to outbound outreach.
  • Ability to use AI tools for research, personalization, and testing while exercising judgment about accuracy, brand, and disclosure.
  • Ability to independently manage concurrent programs, prioritize across businesses, and report clearly to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Analytical fluency with campaign, deliverability, and CRM data, including comfort building simple dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in email deliverability, sequencing platforms, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or physician placement services.

Responsibilities

  • Run tailored multichannel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other social and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with email deliverability specialists on authentication and IP warming, sender reputation monitoring, inbox placement testing, list hygiene, and compliance with sender requirements.
  • Develop a cross-subsidiary strategy to turn M3 proprietary data assets, including physician networks and health-system relationships, into qualified conversations through referrals and warm introductions.
  • Use AI-assisted research and personalization to build account and contact intelligence, personalize at scale, and test and refine messaging while maintaining human review and brand standards.
  • Partner with each subsidiary’s business development and marketing leads on target account lists, handoff criteria, follow-up cadence, and feedback on message performance.
  • Operate designated business-unit outreach technology, integrate it with CRM systems, and recommend new or advanced tools.
  • Report weekly on placement, reply and positive-reply rates, and pipeline sourced by subsidiary and persona; use results to discontinue ineffective approaches and scale effective ones.
