•$154,200 - $257,000

About The Position

Rubrik is hiring a Senior Manager, 1:Many ABM to build and scale its programmatic account-based marketing engine. The role owns strategy, execution, and performance for programs reaching hundreds of named accounts across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, with the relevance of one-to-one marketing and the efficiency of demand generation. It partners with regional field marketing and develops account coverage models that match named accounts to the appropriate play and level of intensity. The role also builds Rubrik's Marketing AI Center of Excellence. It designs, tests, and operationalizes reusable AI skills, agents, and workflows that turn account signals into actionable recommendations. These capabilities are packaged so field marketers, sellers, and the wider marketing organization can use them independently. The position develops vertical programming, with Financial Services as a flagship vertical, and coordinates multi-channel programs with marketing, sales development, and sales. The Senior Manager owns program budgets, forecasts pipeline contribution, reports on sourced and influenced revenue, and defines measurements for engagement, pipeline, and win-rate impact. The role establishes an operating rhythm with field marketing and sales leadership, including quarterly account planning, monthly signal reviews, and in-quarter course correction.
