About The Position

Rubrik is hiring a Senior Manager, 1:Many ABM to build and scale its programmatic account-based marketing engine, reaching hundreds of named accounts with relevant, efficient programs. The role owns the 1:Many ABM strategy, execution, and performance across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, in partnership with regional field marketing. It also helps build Rubrik’s Marketing AI Center of Excellence by designing, testing, and operationalizing reusable AI skills, agents, and workflows that turn account signals into actionable recommendations for field marketers, sellers, and the wider marketing organization. The position develops account tiering and coverage models; creates vertical programs, including Financial Services; orchestrates multichannel campaigns; and partners with Sales Development and Sales on account routing, follow-up standards, and feedback. It owns the program budget, forecasts pipeline contribution, measures revenue impact, and establishes operating rhythms with field marketing and sales leadership. The role also translates account data and intent into plain-language guidance, develops scalable plays, and defines metrics to show how ABM and AI-assisted insights affect engagement, pipeline, and win rates. Rubrik is a cybersecurity company focused on securing data and supporting business resilience. The position is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The listed U.S. base salary ranges are $171,400–$257,000 for specified locations (San Francisco Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle) and $154,200–$231,400 for other U.S. offices or remote locations. The offer depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
