About The Position

Tarantino Senior Living is seeking an Operations Specialist to work closely with Operations, Sales, and Clinical staff in its communities. The role supports senior living communities in exceeding operational, financial, and sales standards while complying with state and federal regulations. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, or the surrounding areas, and requires travel at least 90% of the time. The specialist may act as Executive Director during a leadership transition and reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Experience in a senior housing or long-term care environment.
Assisted Living experience.
Administrative experience.
Ability to travel at least 90% of the time.
Proper license for each state in the assigned division.
Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.

Candidates residing in Phoenix, Arizona, or the surrounding areas are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead community operations, including financial management, resident and associate satisfaction, regulatory requirements, and hiring and staffing community management teams.
Achieve monthly and annual budget goals for each community.
Stabilize existing communities and startup communities.
Lead Executive Directors and management teams at the communities.
Act as Executive Director at communities during position transitions.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Complete reports accurately and provide data to corporate when required.
Communicate clear expectations for operational performance.
Build strong relationships with Executive Directors.
Conduct hands-on community site visits, modeling staff meetings, resident meetings, and responses to operational issues.
Provide required training to all departments on company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
