About The Position

Tarantino Senior Living is seeking an experienced leader to support its senior living communities as Regional Director of Operations. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, or surrounding areas, and represents the company’s corporate vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. The role also develops team members through training, coaching, and mentoring to support strong operational performance.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a leadership position in the senior living industry.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives that meet company goals and state and national regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular, in-depth site visits as needed.
• Interface with the leadership team to support accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Produce and analyze business reports to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations across all communities.
• Develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
