Regional Director of Operations
About The Position
The Regional Director of Operations provides strategic leadership across multiple districts, driving service quality, operational consistency, and business success. The role oversees District Managers and General Managers, champions operational best practices and team development, and ensures compliance with brand standards, financial goals, and operational expectations throughout the region. It fosters accountability, innovation, strong employee engagement, and exceptional customer experiences while managing regional budgets and performance strategies. Supporting a growing portfolio of hospitality operations, this leader helps launch new locations, build high-performing teams, design programs, and create guest experiences. The role partners with leaders across multiple markets to drive growth, develop talent, and implement new concepts and initiatives. It requires up to 90% travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma and supports operations in a 24/7 environment. A car allowance is included. Relocation assistance may be offered to the right candidate, subject to company guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, corporate services, or retail environments, directly managing District Managers.
- A proven track record of driving operational excellence, consistency, and process improvements across multiple districts while maintaining brand standards.
- Demonstrated capability in executive leadership, talent acquisition, succession planning, and mentoring district leadership teams.
- Strong financial acumen and extensive experience managing multi-site P&L budgets, revenue strategy, cost controls, and performance-metric analysis.
- Exceptional client relationship management, strategic communication, and change-management skills, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and support business growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting new business openings, operational transitions, or multi-site growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to District Managers and General Managers, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and compliance across all locations.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate District Managers; build a leadership pipeline; and drive succession planning and team engagement across the region.
- Oversee regional financial results, P&L performance, budgeting, and revenue-growth strategies; analyze metrics to maximize profit and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and service quality.
- Partner with District Managers and support partners to maintain customer satisfaction, resolve escalated operational issues, and foster strong client relationships.
- Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives, technology implementations, and operational enhancements to support business expansion.
