About The Position

The e-Learning Training Specialist acts as an internal partner to the Service platform and other stakeholders, supporting understanding and readiness to serve Advisors. This role prepares and develops internal learning systems and platforms, helps develop training plans, and creates, tests, and delivers training content for Service associates and other stakeholders. The specialist assesses and prioritizes organization-wide training needs and develops training on topics including teleology, service delivery, practice management, and operational efficiency. The role also coordinates with other departments to schedule onboarding training for new associates. Training is delivered through blended learning, including classroom sessions, conference calls, hands-on workshops, and one-on-one coaching. The specialist develops content for system enhancements using training technology such as Brainshark and approved AI tools, expands Cetera’s Training Catalog with Practice Management courses, and customizes programs to business needs. The role analyzes advisor feedback and collaborates with project managers to identify system inefficiencies and solutions.

Experience preparing and facilitating training courses, both live and online.

Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional, technical, and practice management training using blended learning in classrooms, on conference calls, in hands-on workshops, and through one-on-one coaching.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure new branch staff members are offered appropriate training.
Develop and manage content for system enhancements using training technology such as Brainshark and approved AI tools.
Expand Cetera’s Training Catalog to include Practice Management-focused courses.
Customize training programs to meet business needs.
Perform other duties related to training and development.
Analyze advisor feedback to identify solutions and opportunities to address core training needs.
Work with project managers during project development to identify system inefficiencies and solutions for advisors.
Use discretion in handling daily training items escalated from engagement teams.
Assess and prioritize organizational training needs and create training for associates.
Coordinate and schedule training required during onboarding of new associates.
