About The Position

The Senior Learning and Development Facilitator delivers engaging learning experiences that support employee, leader, and workforce development needs aligned to business priorities. The role facilitates learning through classroom, workshop, virtual, and blended formats while creating a consistent and effective learner experience. It partners with Area leadership, HR, Learning team members, and key business stakeholders to understand learning needs, support implementation, reinforce objectives, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement. The position is based in the Phoenix, Arizona office and involves travel to field locations across the United States 50% of the time. When not traveling, the employee is expected to work four days a week in the office and one day a week remotely. The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience delivering instructor-led training programs, including the ability to facilitate learning sessions, assess understanding, and adjust delivery to support comprehension and application.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to connect with and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices in leadership development.
Strong organization and demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Ability to travel to field locations across the United States 50% of the time.
When not traveling, ability to work four days a week in the Phoenix office and one day a week remotely.

Responsibilities

Serve as an ambassador of the Republic Way by creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support company culture, priorities, and workforce development needs.
Manage and facilitate instructor-led learning programs for employees and leaders through classroom, workshop, virtual, and blended formats.
Partner with Area leadership, HR, and key business stakeholders to understand learning and performance needs, identify skill gaps, and align learning experiences with business priorities.
Use learning content, participant feedback, stakeholder input, and needs-assessment data to identify development opportunities and recommend program enhancements.
Collaborate with Learning team members, instructional design partners, and other stakeholders by providing facilitator insight, subject matter expertise, and practical recommendations for program design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Support implementation of learning initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional partners, reinforcing program objectives, and helping ensure consistent delivery across audiences and locations.
Track and summarize participant feedback, learning outcomes, and observed application opportunities to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform improvements.
Provide coaching, reinforcement, and follow-up support to learners, leaders, and teams to help translate learning into on-the-job behaviors and performance improvements.
Support standardized facilitation processes, materials, tools, templates, program resources, enrollment coordination, and session logistics.
Maintain knowledge of learning and development trends, concepts, tools, and techniques; travel as needed to deliver learning sessions; and perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
