About The Position

Magic is hiring a full-time, in-house Learning Facilitator to lead virtual training for new hires preparing to work as Executive Assistants (EAs) with US clients. The facilitator runs live sessions, guides trainees toward discovering answers themselves, adapts delivery when learners are disengaged, and determines whether each trainee is ready to perform. The role is remote in the Philippines and follows a fixed weekday overnight schedule of 9 PM–6 AM PHT. The Training Supervisor is the first point of support, with the Assistant Training Manager providing support on major decisions. The position includes assessing trainees against established rubrics, conducting realistic mock client introduction calls and interviews, and combining checkpoint scores with session notes to make readiness decisions. The facilitator also collaborates with the Assistant Training Manager to improve training content, role-plays, and delivery, and is expected to deliver at least one measurable engagement or retention improvement per quarter. Compensation is ₱37,000–₱42,000 gross per month. Benefits include government-mandated benefits, paid leaves, and HMO. Onboarding is personalized and one-to-one rather than delivered through a formal training program.
