Senior GTM Enablement, Customer & Partner Marketing Manager

Ditto•Washington, DC
•$137,000 - $205,000•Remote

About The Position

Ditto is seeking a senior individual contributor to own the path from first touch to closed-won across its Commercial and Public Sector sales organizations. The role builds the sales enablement system, supports field events, runs account-based plays, develops customer proof, and scales partner marketing motions across sell-with, sell-through, co-sell, and OEM. It helps Ditto grow across B2C, B2B, and B2G distribution paths. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works daily with Commercial Sales, Public Sector Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success. Some travel for field events in both markets is expected. Ditto is a globally distributed startup focused on peer-to-peer data synchronization for resilient real-time applications, including in environments with limited or no internet access.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of enablement assets and customer stories personally written and shipped, with funnel data showing their impact.
  • Strong writing skills and sufficient technical depth to explain a developer platform without a solutions engineer present.
  • Experience managing customer stories end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, legal review, and approvals.
  • Experience running events that produced tracked pipeline, not just attendance.
  • Working fluency in a CRM and a marketing automation platform, including the ability to read funnel data and recommend changes.
  • Ability to serve two sales organizations with different buyers, cycles, and constraints without favoring either.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes where none exist.
  • A proactive, curious attitude toward using AI for automation, ideation, asset creation, or better decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, edge computing, IoT, or mobile platforms.
  • Experience building an account-based marketing program rather than inheriting one.
  • Track record managing freelance writers, video producers, or event partners to deadlines.
  • Experience marketing to defense or federal buyers, including familiarity with public affairs and operational security review cycles.
  • Military or defense-technology background.
  • Experience at a company transitioning from founder-led selling to a repeatable go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enablement system for Commercial and Public Sector sales, including standard pitch decks, product data sheets, battlecards, competitive positioning, and a customizable message library.
  • Create a launch kit for each product release, including a positioning one-pager, FAQ, customer-facing email, and sales briefing.
  • Support the field event calendar across both markets, including customer dinners, regional roadshows, webinars, speaking slots, and curated meetings, and connect each activity to measurable pipeline.
  • Run account-based marketing plays, including named-account landing pages, target-account content sequences, and direct outreach support; work with RevOps on funnel data to identify improvements.
  • Build a customer evidence program through case studies, white papers, video and long-form features, and a customer section on the website.
  • Manage the customer reference program end to end, including approvals through customer legal, Ditto legal, and public affairs.
  • Extend customer proof into new markets with a use-case library and forward-looking narratives that open new sectors.
  • Develop partner marketing motions that generate pipeline across sell-with, sell-through, co-sell, and OEM, including marketplace listings and partner kits for hardware, software, cloud, and G/SI partners.
  • Work with marketing counterparts at partner organizations to create and execute joint campaigns.

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries and meaningful equity.
  • In the US: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • In the US: 401(k) and flexible spending accounts.
  • Flexible time off for employees regardless of location.
  • Remote work, with access to an Atlanta office for work or team meetings.
