About The Position

Copado is hiring a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate its end-to-end enablement program. This builder role owns the programs that prepare the go-to-market (GTM) organization for upcoming changes and improve its everyday effectiveness. The position reports to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations, partners closely with People, Product, and GTM teams, and leads a small team responsible for establishing enablement as a durable system rather than a series of one-off trainings. The program has two pillars: GTM Readiness, which prepares the organization for product, feature, pricing, messaging, positioning, and strategy changes; and GTM Effectiveness, which improves ongoing performance through coaching, manager enablement, a consistently applied selling methodology and skills curriculum, and technology-enabled productivity.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks, with the judgment to adapt them to an actual sales organization.
  • Experience operating an enablement or sales-productivity technology stack, such as content or LMS platforms, conversation intelligence, coaching tools, or CRM.
  • People leadership experience, including setting direction for a small team and developing team members' careers.
  • A track record of connecting enablement work to pipeline, win-rate, or productivity outcomes, not just training completion.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience at a company selling into Salesforce or enterprise DevOps/IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the enablement program end to end, from needs assessment and curriculum design through rollout, reinforcement, and measurement.
  • Lead GTM readiness for major launches, partnering with Product Marketing and Product to turn new products, messaging, and strategy changes into certifications, playbooks, and field-ready launch plans.
  • Own the sales methodology and coaching framework, and equip front-line managers to coach consistently against it.
  • Define and govern the GTM technology stack, including tool adoption, workflow design, and return on the tools used by reps.
  • Define and report on program effectiveness metrics, including ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, win rate, and quota attainment.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team, setting priorities and supporting its growth as the function scales.
  • Own new-hire onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles to shorten time to productivity.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure enablement programs reflect and reinforce GTM strategy.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid time off
  • Wellness perks
