About The Position

The Senior Growth Strategist is a client-facing leader in EisnerAmper’s Outsourced Growth & Marketing practice. The role helps organizations identify and execute strategies that drive measurable growth, combining growth strategy, client leadership, and business development. The strategist assesses client needs, develops recommendations and scopes of work, participates in pitches, and serves as a senior strategic advisor after engagements begin. This role suits an entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys solving business problems, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the impact of the firm’s work. The strategist moves between strategy and execution oversight and advises senior client stakeholders. Project management and execution resources coordinate workflows, timelines, and deliverables, while the Senior Growth Strategist owns the quality of the client experience and provides final strategic oversight to help ensure work meets client objectives. The role is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that helps organizations strengthen marketing operations, digital presence, campaign performance, client engagement, and growth strategies. EisnerAmper describes itself as one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with approximately 450 partners and 4,500 employees worldwide.
