About The Position

Rox is hiring a Growth Strategist to own customer outcomes after a deal closes and help enterprise customers improve how their sellers work and their revenue performance. The role manages a portfolio of enterprise accounts end to end, from customer launch and executive goal-setting through measuring results and building expansion cases. The Growth Strategist partners with sales, product, and engineering, using customer insights to shape product direction and the playbooks used across the team. The role includes leading the first 90 days of customer onboarding; aligning stakeholders and validating use cases; defining and tracking success metrics; diagnosing sequence performance, adoption, and pipeline data; and translating findings into changes for sales teams. The strategist also leads executive business reviews and strategy sessions, identifies opportunities to expand into new business units and use cases, supports commercial work with sales, and drives adoption of new product capabilities. They will create playbooks, Rox skills, and agent workflows to help scale the enterprise customer base. The position is based in New York, NY and requires working in the office five days a week. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and meaningful equity. Rox describes its environment as high-ownership and high-visibility, with the opportunity to work directly with a frontier AI product and take on increased scope as the Growth Strategy function develops.
