About The Position

Chainguard is hiring a Senior Growth Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and workflows behind its go-to-market engine. This hands-on lead role involves driving important operations initiatives end to end, architecting the marketing technology stack, setting standards, and building solutions directly with coding agents. The role partners with Growth, ABM, Campaigns, BDR, Sales, RevOps, and Data, and helps develop the wider team. The manager will design the architecture and governance for tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Hightouch, and BigQuery; create reusable orchestration across the funnel; own data architecture for scoring, intent, enrichment, and account/contact models; establish AI-enabled workflows; and build measurement and reporting that inform business decisions. Chainguard is a remote-first company offering stock options, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and covered health, vision, and dental insurance. The posted base salary range is $140,000–$167,500 USD.
