About The Position

The North America Senior Growth Manager will be the first dedicated hire on Nedap’s North America Growth Team, helping shape its commercial direction and build a foundation for growth through a hybrid go-to-market model that combines direct business with large-scale dairy farms and growth through Nedap’s existing Partner ecosystem. The Senior Growth Manager will collaborate with Applications Specialists, the Technical Team, and Marketing to understand farm needs, develop strong value cases, and ensure opportunities can be delivered successfully. The role will also develop the market for SmartSight, Nedap’s livestock solution, by building customer and ecosystem relationships, validating demand, and converting opportunities into revenue-generating business. As the Growth team develops, the role’s scope and responsibilities may evolve according to business priorities, demonstrated strengths, and the team’s future structure.
