About The Position

McAfee is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to launch capabilities, features, and experiments that grow its subscriber base. This high-ownership role owns a core part of the commercial funnel end to end—from customer discovery and conversion through activation and retention—and is accountable for measurable revenue outcomes. The role sets strategy and builds a roadmap, delivers innovative capabilities and experiences, and owns growth targets. The successful candidate thinks in hypotheses, is consumer-focused, understands subscription economics, and is comfortable designing and interpreting A/B tests. They independently drive initiatives from concept through launch and optimization, balancing growth with customer trust, usability, and long-term retention. They use AI to accelerate their work and collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, payments, data, finance, and other partners. The role owns the growth flywheel, including conversion, monetization, and retention experiences; trusted purchase flows across web, mobile, and desktop apps; experimentation; global and localized commerce; pricing, offers, and packaging; lifecycle interventions; and subscriber lifecycle KPIs. Responsibilities include translating growth strategy into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals, running rigorous experiments, optimizing checkout, expanding localized payment and multi-currency experiences, testing pricing and bundles, improving retention and lifetime value, evaluating growth opportunities, defining metrics and telemetry, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience, ideally in growth, monetization, or eCommerce.
  • A track record of launching features and experiments that improved acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention.
  • Fluency in subscription or direct-to-consumer economics and metrics, including conversion, LTV, ARPU, churn and retention cohorts, and CAC payback.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort partnering closely with data and engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to set direction for an area, align stakeholders, and hold a program accountable to outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Set the growth strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
  • Own conversion, monetization, and retention experiences across the subscriber lifecycle, with quantified targets.
  • Optimize trusted purchase, cart, and checkout flows across web, mobile, and desktop apps, markets, and devices while balancing conversion, compliance, and security.
  • Run a rigorous experimentation program by forming hypotheses, defining success metrics, designing statistically rigorous A/B tests, and scaling successful tests into durable product capabilities.
  • Launch localized payment methods, multi-currency experiences, and culturally relevant commerce experiences to expand international growth.
  • Design and run pricing, offer, packaging, and bundling tests to improve ARPU, take-rate, and LTV without eroding retention.
  • Develop data-informed lifecycle interventions, including personalized membership messaging, renewal, and win-back initiatives, to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Own and track subscriber lifecycle KPIs from acquisition through monetization and retention.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, build business cases and opportunity sizing, and use AI and evaluation criteria to support decisions.
  • Define metrics, establish telemetry, and work with Analytics to track conversion, acquisition, and churn against business KPIs.
  • Partner with product, design, marketing, payments, data, finance, Compliance, Risk, Analytics, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
