About The Position

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to connect marketing efforts with revenue, customers, and field activities. This role involves partnering with sales, executing creative marketing ideas, and creating memorable, human, and helpful customer experiences. The position offers an opportunity to build field marketing from the ground up, with the freedom to experiment and the support of a collaborative team. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience in planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage programs end-to-end, from conception to impact measurement.
  • A balanced mindset combining creativity with practicality, focusing on impactful initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% to engage with customers and sales teams in the field.
  • Comfortable mapping out territory plans, running events, and analyzing Salesforce data.

  • Represent Fleetio in the market with an authentic, helpful, and distinct brand presence.
  • Implement a continuous improvement cycle for field marketing programs through testing and learning.
  • Develop creative strategies to cut through market noise without unnecessary complexity.
  • Foster stronger relationships with customers and prospects.
