About The Position

Redzone, the Connected Workforce business unit within QAD, helps manufacturers improve productivity and employee experience through software and coaching. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will own regional field marketing programs designed to build and accelerate pipeline in manufacturing. The role works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Customer Marketing to plan, execute, and measure events and campaigns that advance target accounts, with shared accountability for pipeline outcomes. The manager develops regional plans aligned with pipeline and revenue goals; leads events from planning through on-site execution and follow-up; applies AI to account research, targeting, personalization, follow-up, and program analysis; and reports on sourced and influenced pipeline. The role also manages agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines, and shares customer and field insights with the broader marketing team. The position requires 30% travel.

  • Understanding of manufacturing, including plant-floor teams and operations, quality, and maintenance buyers.
  • Hands-on event experience spanning strategy, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Ability to work across teams proactively.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with examples of incorporating it into work.
  • Fluency with Salesforce and marketing automation, and comfort with attribution and funnel metrics.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including with executives.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

  • Use AI for account research, targeting, personalization, follow-up, and program analysis.
