Requirements

  • Four (4) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows.
  • Full Willow Inpatient implementation and support experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Epic Research Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advanced level of operational and application build expertise to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
  • Performs sophisticated level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects, translating sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements.
  • Performs the larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments/projects.
  • Participates in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
  • Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
  • May lead projects.
